Write these emotions in your journal.
Look at the list you made of rewarding and warning emotions. Take a moment and think about the most common feelings you have in a typical week and then reflect on what triggers these emotions and what you do with these emotions. (i.e., “When ___, I am experiencing frustration and I___.” or, “When ___, I am happy and I___.”)
What good can come from being aware of these emotions?
